Shipping Policy

All confirmed and paid orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation. Order confirmation is issued upon successful payment verification.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST on business days, or on Sundays and national public holidays, will be processed on the next applicable business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your consignment tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

Peptides are temperature-sensitive compounds. Longevia Peptides takes cold-chain integrity seriously at the point of dispatch:

• Cold Packs: Temperature-sensitive peptide products are shipped with appropriate cold packs or gel ice inserts to maintain a controlled temperature environment throughout transit. The type and quantity of cold packs used are calibrated to the expected transit duration and ambient seasonal temperatures.
• Tamper-Evident Packaging: All shipments are packed in tamper-evident outer packaging. Any evidence of tampering, compromise, or damage to the outer packaging should be documented with photographs immediately upon receipt and reported to us within 48 hours.
• Insulated Liners: Where appropriate, insulated shipper liners are used to further stabilise internal package temperatures during transport.

Upon receipt, products should be transferred to appropriate storage conditions (typically -20°C for lyophilised peptides) without delay. Longevia Peptides is not responsible for product degradation resulting from failure to store products correctly upon delivery.

Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email to the email address associated with your account. This email will include:

• Your consignment tracking number.
• The name of the logistics partner handling your shipment.
• A direct tracking link to monitor your shipment's progress in real time.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 48 hours of order confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting our support team at support@longeviapeptides.com.

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:

• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3–5 business days.
• Non-metro, Tier-2, and Tier-3 cities and towns: 5–8 business days.
• Remote, rural, or difficult-to-access locations: Additional transit time may apply; our support team will advise upon request.

These are estimated timelines and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Longevia Peptides is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control, including carrier-side delays, natural disasters, public holidays, or government-imposed restrictions.

Longevia Peptides currently ships within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders must include a valid delivery address within the Republic of India.
