All orders placed on the Longevia Peptides website are subject to acceptance by Longevia Life Science Pvt. Ltd. Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs only upon dispatch of the goods.

• Currency: All prices are displayed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Taxes: Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) is included in the displayed price or added at checkout as required under Indian tax law. GST-compliant tax invoices will be issued with every order.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via the methods listed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched.

In the event of cancellation after payment has been collected, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Pricing Errors: In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify you accordingly. A full refund will be issued if payment was already collected.
